Paintings

Painting forms the core of the practice, working within abstraction to explore emotion, memory, and inner states. Through layered composition, gesture, and surface, the works create shifting fields of meaning where form, colour, and texture become vehicles for psychological and sensory experience.

1st Solo: South to North

South to North is inspired by my solo journey across India in 2022. Through fourteen impressionistic landscapes, each titled in a different spoken language of India, the series captures the beauty, atmosphere, and emotional connection I experienced while travelling from the southernmost to the northern regions of the country.

Figurative

Figurative work forms the core of the practice, often expressed through drawing and painting. It explores identity, emotion, and presence through the human form, using the body as a site for narrative, symbolism, and psychological depth.

Mixed Media

The practice combines drawing, collage, and layered material processes. It explores memory, identity, and lived experience through fragmented and reconstructed forms, blurring the boundary between documentation and abstraction.
